Wooldridge Brigham Holcomb

Wooldridge Brigham Holcomb passed away Thursday, January 12, 2023. He was born March 28, 1936, to the late Elbert and Lillie P. Holcomb. For 28 ½ years, Brigham worked for Babcock and Wilcox in Brunswick. After that, he went to work for Southern Company and later retired as a nuclear mechanic at Plant Vogtle. He was an avid fisherman, loved hunting, and was a master craftsman. He was a member of Botsford Baptist Church. Brigham loved his Lord Jesus Christ, his family, his church family, and his country. In addition to his parents, he was preceded in death by his loving wife of 65 years, Lillie Berlene Holcomb; and a sister, Milbrie Nell Bragg.

He is survived by his two sons, Jackey Holcomb (Linda) and Kenny Holcomb (Connie); a daughter; Anita Johns (Kyle); seven grandchildren, Stacy H. Jarvis, Michael Holcomb, Amber Culpepper, Holly Perkins, Josh Johns, Lindsey Butler, and Erin Holcomb; and twelve great grandchildren.

Graveside services will be held 2:00pm Sunday, January 15 at Botsford Baptist Church Cemetery with Rev. Mike Dann officiating.

Remembrances may be made to the Botsford Baptist Church Cemetery Fund.
