Robert C. Jones

Robert C. Jones, 87, entered into rest Friday, April 26, 2024. He was born in Pembroke, ME and has been a resident of Burke County for 10 years. He was a retired big truck mechanic. Robert was a member of the NRA and was an avid outdoorsman. He was a loving husband, father, grandfather, and great grandfather.

He is survived by his wife, Jeannine Jones; three children, Rob Jones (Emeline) of Hephzibah, Christine Croutch (Michael) of Newville, PA, and Bobbi-Jeanne Yoder of Maine; 11 grandchildren; 15 great grandchildren; a brother, Jerry Jones of NC; a sister, Jane Ritchie of Maine; and best friend, Rusty Hamner.

Memorial Services will be held 11:00am Tuesday, April 30 at First Methodist Church with Rev. Sam Wilder and Rev. Keith Cox officiating. The family will receive friends one hour prior to the service.
