Robert "Bobby" Caldwell Neely Iii

Robert “Bobby” Caldwell Neely III, 67, entered into rest surrounded by his family on Saturday, February 17, 2024. He was a native and lifelong resident of Burke County. Bobby loved being outside, woodworking and building things with his hands. He was a member of the Waynesboro Church of God. He is preceded in death by parents, Robert C. Neely Jr. and Betty Phinizy Leitner.

Survivors include his children: Robert “Chris” Caldwell Neely, IV (Veronica), Travis Neely, Amber Heath, Nathan Neely (Lauren), Justin Neely (Alyssa) and Rachel Davenport (Truette); grandchildren, Robert “Joshua” Neely, Samuel Neely, Luciana Neely, Ethan Neely, Penelope Neely, Alexandria Neely, Atlas Neely, and Ava Harris; siblings, Mary Dee Palmer (Ben), Betty Tetterton, and Charles “Charlie” Neely (Marsha); and many more extended family and friends.

Memorial Services will be held 6:00pm Saturday, March 2 in the funeral home chapel. The family will receive friends one hour prior to the service.
