Rebecca Lynn Oglesby

Rebecca Lynn Oglesby, 51, entered into rest Sunday, August 9, 2026. She was born in Augusta to the late Paulette and William Robert Bolton and was a resident of Sardis. She enjoyed cooking and was a loving mother, grandmother, and sister. She was preceded in death by her boyfriend, Meat Bunch.

She is survived by two children, Brittany Oglesby (Logan Detwiler) of Millen and Tyler Oglesby of Waynesboro; two grandsons, Mateo and Johnluke Detwiler; a sister, Rosanna Bolton of Gainesville, GA; and two nieces, Chelesa Bolton of Millen and Jeniffer Bolton of Gainesville.
