Family members include her loving husband of 58 years, Joe Spencer; four children, Freda Spencer of Greenwood, SC, Joseph Spencer (Sherry) of Augusta, Philip Spencer (Ellen) of Augusta, and Jerry Spencer (Sharon) of Burke County; eight grandchildren, Alexis, Jennifer, Jackie, Jessica, Cassie, Rebecca, Sherrie, and Emmitt; eight great grandchildren; and two sisters, Zeldia Pridemore and Mable Lester.
Visitation: Wednesday, November 2nd from 6-8pm at THE POTEET FUNERAL HOME, 3465 Peach Orchard Rd.
Funeral Service: 11am Thursday, November 3rd at the chapel of Bellevue Memorial Gardens, 4501 Wrightsboro Rd. Rev. Greg Glover will officiate. Pallbearers: Joseph Spencer, Philip Spencer, Jerry Spencer, Emmitt Spencer, Michael Sanders and Ricky Pearre.
In lieu of flowers, memorials may be made to the American Cancer Society 800-227-2345 or Affinis Hospice 706-434-0421.
