Jackie D. Harper, 83, entered into rest Tuesday, January 25, 2021. She was a daughter of the late Louise Porter and Clarence DeLoach and was a native and lifelong resident of Burke County. She was a member of the First United Methodist Church in Waynesboro. In addition to her parents, she was preceded in death by her husband, W.H. "Dub" Harper, Jr.; and her daughter, Lynn Harper.

She is survived by her son, William H. "Dub" Harper III (Cindy); and two granddaughters, Jennifer Harper and Katherine Harper.

Graveside Services will be 3:00pm Thursday, January 27 at Burke Memorial Gardens with Rev. Steve Sirmons officiating.
