Jacinta Belle Cassell

Jacinta Belle Cassell, 34, entered into rest Sunday, June 18, 2023. She was born in Laurens, SC, has been a resident of Burke County since 2001 but has lived in Statesboro for the past two years. She was a 2007 graduate of Burke County High School and attended Augusta Tech. Jacinta was currently employed at Briggs & Stratton in Statesboro. She was preceded in death by her maternal grandfather, James H. Pountain, Sr.

She is survived by her husband, Bryan Cassell; two daughters, Savannah Vaughn and Charlotte Vaughn both of Statesboro; her mother, Jinovanna Gambrell of Waynesboro; her step-father, Arthur “Rusty” Minieri of Waynesboro; two brothers, Mark Gambrell, Jr. and Joshua Gambrell both of Waynesboro; her maternal grandmother, Geraldine Pountain; and several aunts, uncles, cousins, and extended family.

Funeral Services will be held 4:30pm Saturday, June 24 in the funeral home chapel. The family will receive friends one hour prior to the service.
