Henry T. Wood, Jr. "Tommy" passed away January 3, 2015.He was born in Savannah GA in 1946, was a veteran of the United States Air Force and a long time resident of Florida.

He is survived by his wife Susan, daughters Valerie Lewis (Darrell) and EveVel Hullett (John) of Sardis and Rhonda Wolf (Craig) of Clermont, Florida; and five grandchildren, four great-grandchildren; and other aunts, uncles and cousins. He was preceded in death by his son Henry Wood, III "Woody".

He was a loving and devoted son, husband and father.The family will always cherish and celebrate their memories of him.He will be remembered for his love of family, playing the banjo and his dedication to his softball teams.

In lieu of flowers those who wish may make a contribution to the charity of their choice.

The funeral will be Saturday, January 10, 2015 at 2:00 pm , with visitation the hour prior to the service at DeLoach-McKerley Funeral Home.The interment will be private.
