Ceresa C. Kirk

Ceresa C. Kirk (CC) entered eternal rest on February 4th, 2022. She was born on March 3, 1965, in Painesville, Ohio to the late Emmett and Emogene (Bickel) Hines. She went to Madison High School, where she met her husband Jimmy Kirk, Jr., and made many lifelong friends before graduating in 1984. She followed her sister, Regina Hines Swisher and her husband Ken and their daughters, Shilo and Sarah Lund and moved south, leaving her brother Ernie Hines and her parents behind in Ohio. Through her journey of life, living in Ohio, Georgia, and South Carolina, she has impacted the lives of many people. She loved doing crafts and she was often trying to help others, friends, family, neighbors, or total strangers.

In addition to her parents, she was preceded in death by her husband, Jimmy Kirk, Jr.; her sister, Regina Hines Swisher; her brother-in-law, Kenneth Swisher; her niece, Sarah Lund; and her grandson, Gabriel Wray.

She is survived by her daughter, Crystal (Kalobe) Hedden of SC; her son, Michael Kirk (Jessica Klapps) of NM; three grandchildren: Amy Carpenter Owens, Caleb Kirk Owens, and Ryan Wray; her sweet pets Bella and Wednesday; a brother, Ernie Hines, Jr of OH; and many cousins.
