Carol “Dean” Babb, 79, entered into rest Saturday, November 1, 2025. He was born on October 18, 1946, at home in Midville to the late Hulin Bert and Marion Penrow Babb. He was a member of East Burke Baptist Church. He loved fishing, cooking, and growing a garden and he found great pleasure in sharing what he harvested with his neighbors, friends, and family.
